1kg roast beef (Stubai Beef) with salt, rosemary and mustard. Fry it first and put it in a large pan together with 50dag small cut vegetables and 1/4 liter of dry red wine. Put it in the oven for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Strain the sauce.
Ideal side dishes: croquettes, Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potatoe dumplings), beans with bakon or red cabbage.
